The Kid Returns

It’s been the roughest of times – but we all have those some times in our lives.  Alas none of us are immune.  But as the saying goes, “When the going gets tough, the tough get going!”  I have purposely stayed away from all of this – and worked damn hard on getting a somewhat broken body back together.

Well this little black duck is back doing what she loves – riding, riding and did I happen to mention riding.  My shoulder hasn’t totally healed however it’s so much stronger than it was even 3 months ago.  After riding to/from the AGM in Wodonga my shoulder and what it’s attached to, went into meltdown.  After a lot of work, self-will and time, I can rotate my shoulder/arm once again – hell, I can even ride the outfit!  Now for those who’ve ever ridden a chair and fallen in love, you’ll know just what I mean when I say, ‘WOOOOOOOHOOOOOO’.

It’s been a long road and one with some major obstacles – but the Kid and her beasties are back!

That my unfortunate readers means, THE BLOG IS BACK – stories will be flooding in!

I already have 4 to write up with some magnificent photos of “meandering in the mist”

  1. Hi Michelle, Great to see you back on the blog and fighting back after your recent injuries. Wishing you all the best and safe riding. May your future on the bikes be as happy and as bright as your past.

    Best Regards,

    Raymond

    • Thanks my friend. All is good – I’ll be posting some adventures in coming days – and I’ve got an old Gixer to do up and enjoy! Woooohooooooo.
